In 2014, Darin joined his father-in-law, Bob Lissenden (Lissenden Home Inspections) in the inspection business and has since completed more than 1,500 home inspections. Darin is an American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) Certified Inspector*. *ASHI Certified Inspector (ACI)

The ASHI Certified Inspector (ACI) is the highest level of ASHI membership. This level is the only true third-party certification within the profession, being certified by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA). The ACI program has met the stringent standards set by the credentialing community and recognizes the individuals who attain this professional excellence. After completing the previous requirements and passing the National Home Inspector Exam (the NHIE is a mandatory requirement for this level), members must complete 250 fee-paid inspections that have been verified to be in compliance with the ASHI Standard of Practice. The ASHI Certified Inspectors are leader within the industry and drive the association forward.
